This is the 3rd shop to open under the Loaded name and is run by pro-boarder Tyler Chorlton and pro-skier Pete Kaplansky.
The shop is a great place to hang out and meet like-minded people. Also has 3 high speed internet computers.

Soldeu & El Tarter Ski & Snowboard School
One of the most highly rated ski schools in the world offering over 200 instructors speaking a multitude of different languages teaching every level of skiing and snowboarding from complete beginners to very advanced.
At time of writing prices are from around €96 for 15 hours of teaching - 5 days of 3 hours for a group lesson.
There is also a kindagarten at Ski School for kids 1 - 3 years old, and childrens classes for the older ones.

The Mountains - Winter
The snowsports area on the mountain covers over 100Km (the largest in the Pyranees) of piste catering for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. There's also a competition park, a kids area, restaurants and snack bars.
At long last the separate ski areas have joined forces and now your Grand Valira pass will give you access to a huge area of pistes including Soldeu, Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, El Tarter, Canillo and Encamp.
There's also the Ski/Snowboard schools - with over 450 instructors there's plenty of scope to either improve your skills or for beginners to learn a new sport.
Throughout the winter season there's a multitude of competitions taking place - including the European SnowGames, Snow Running and the San Miquel Snow Bike race (yup - mountain biking on the snow and ice!). Almost every weekend in the freestyle snowpark there's competitions and exhibitions to see how the worlds finest do it.
As well as skiing and snowboarding you can also experience the thrill of skidoos, learn how to build igloos, go dog-sleighing and even archery. If you really want to 'do it in style' helicopter rides can even be arranged to drop you off on the un-touched parts of the mountain.

Flying around the mountain (all the slopes are closed, so you have the mountain to yourselves!) ... all you can see is what's lit up in front of you, and man do those skidoos fly! Ski Lockers

Price is 55 euros for a week. They fit 5 skis and boots.
