“ first time we hired here very hectic bad queing system and not very organised i no its busy on a sunday but considering we were one of ther first there still took us ages some of our little ones werent given helmets so had to go back next day, but they were good when someone took one of our partys skis instead of there own went back and they changed them no problem. ”- kate, 18th Feb 2008
